"The hotel is beautiful and the views are gorgeous. The pools are all nice, and the room was magnificent. However, when we arrived for check in our room was not ready and they took two extra hours and kept us waiting. Then, they still rushed us out the next day and didn’t give us much extra time despite the fact that they got us the room late because they overbooked. The hotel itself is lovely but very disappointed in the disorganization and being rushed out."

"I had a wonderful stay at Tell Madaba Hotel. The location is perfect — close to the city center and within walking distance of Madaba’s main attractions. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Great value for the price, excellent service, and a pleasant experience overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madaba!"
