Room service is also amazing and the buffet for lunch and breakfast is super. There’s also a super market outside in the public u can get small chips, nuts and fruits not alot security at hotel won’t let u because it’s their policy but they are so nice. Beautiful hotel and great location. The hot spring was not too hot, so we really enjoyed the pools, the falls and natural steam room. The room was amazing. Large, with a great view and really good beds. However, it is quite dated and not well maintained. Also, I find quite disappointing that they use pictures from the swimming of the spa, which is not free to use.
