"I liked the comfort of the bed, size of the room. Balcony with a view of the Dead Sea. Food at breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Didn't like no loo paper at all in gents loo by the pools on day 2 (limited loo paper in some loos on day 1). Bedside light worked on day 1 then stopped working. No hot water for a shower at about 5:45pm (it did heat up about 45 minutes later but annoying when you expect to shower)."

"The hotel was very clean (considering there is still construction work going on) and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Check in at reception was super quick and straightforward. Our room was superbly furnished and comfortable, with nice view of the dead sea from the balcony. The pool was clean, and towels provided. Plenty of sun loungers to relax. "Checked in to what was a room that had been used by someone else and not cleaned. All owner was going to do was change the bed sheets. Awful. There were men hanging around outside the bedroom door so as a party of female travellers it felt really unsafe. We didn’t stay the night because of these things. - also, not convenient for airport of much else. "
