Whoever qualified it for a 4-star hotel made a joke. To start with, there is no refrigerator in the room. Not even a tiny one. The bedding is another joke. A pillow is about 3 cm (a little over an inch) thick, with nothing but lumps inside. I had to ask for 2 more pillows to get it to be of any neck support. I also had to ask for additional 2 blankets as the one provided was too thin. I had to use one of the blankets to cover the pillow stack so that I don’t feel the lumps. In the bathroom: no body lotion provided. No conditioner for after shampoo use. The single container in the shower says: Hand, hair, and body wash. Same container by the sink. No shower cap or vanity kit. The overall look of the room—shabby. Avoid by all means. I told them the hotel needed to discuss this with Expedia, and they insisted on charging me. I refused and threatened to cancel the entire booking. They then agreed and said they would negotiate with Expedia. Ultimately, the hotel apologized as it was an issue between them and Expedia, not my concern. The matter was resolved amicably, but it was an unfortunate incident on the first day of my stay, as it was very upsetting. Otherwise, everything was fine; I slept comfortably, and the hotel was quite clean."
