"We stayed 4 nights and we absolutely love the place, staff and rooms. The breakfast was amazing as well as the coktails and wine. Regarding the massages and the SPA, it was also our best experience. We had a blast and we will be back for sure. Thank you guys!!!"
"The hotel was located right on the beach and had beautiful views from all angles. The staff were friendly and welcoming and a big bonus they spoke fluent English. The rooms were perfect and the pool and restaurants amazing. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit Sorrento, Naples, Pompeii as it’s close to all yet nicely out of the hussle and bussle."
"The Staff is incredible and the property is clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows were incredibly hard. Literally felt like burlap. The neighborhood is run down.
Incredible staff made up for the rest of the shortcomings. Pool was nice. AC is week."

"Noticeable difference when different pool attendants (poolside covered in seagull dropping overnight and not washed down prior to re-opening in the morning) and room service personnel took over on Monday - noticeably not so attentive. Our original service person came back today, thankfully. "
"The impeccable facility and staff are only out shined by the incredible views of from anywhere in the property. Stellar service from all of the valet, concierge, bar staff, spa team, and especially management throughout our stay. Rooms are stylish and spotless. Breakfast buffet was impressive, as well as room and dinner service. Conveniently located just north or Sorrento so you can miss the worst of the traffic heading south from Napoli. Plenty of options nearby, walking into town to explore, taking boat tour(recommend to Capri) or driving to the Path of the God's, Mt. Vesuvius, or around the coast to Sorrento. It was a perfect ending to a 40 day holiday through Italy!"
"We loved our stay at the Astoria Vico. We arrived an hour early so went to explore and came back to find our cases already in our room. We looked out onto the main road so there was a certain degree of noise from the traffic if the window was open. It wasn’t enough to disrupt our sleep though and was more than worth it for the amazing view of Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. The room itself was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. There were a few cracks and chips if you looked for them but that’s to be expected from an old building. The staff were fantastic. We always got a warm welcome whenever we arrived back at night. A special mention needs to go to Luigi who always gave us a huge smile at breakfast every morning! Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from each day and the dining room was lovely and modern. The location of the hotel is perfect - a short walk takes you to the town centre where there are several nice restaurants, and a 30 second walk takes you to the train station where you’re only 5 stops away from Sorrento. The beach club linked to the hotel is a bit of a downhill trek but lovely when you get there. We’re glad we chose the calm of Vico Equense to come back to every night. We would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of a stay on the Sorrento coast and we would love to return ourselves one day. "
"Beautiful property, not far by car from Pompeii and Herculaneum. It was a perfect stay with incredibly friendly staff and a great room. Breakfast had lots of choices including hot options. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous, one of the prettiest I’ve ever seen.
We absolutely loved our stay. "
"This charming hotel was beautiful, with a wonderful view and rooftop bar. The location halfway between Sorrento and Pompeii was perfect. The included breakfast was SUPERB. But what really made this hotel stand out to me was the staff. Carlo and Mario were absolutely incredible and accommodating. They helped us organize transportation to and from Naples for our travel, helped get us to and from the Vico Equense train station, and even thought to pack us a breakfast to go when we had an early morning. They went above and beyond and made leaving extra difficult! Would absolutely stay again, cannot recommend enough!"
