I had a wonderful stay at the MGM Grand! The property is massive, full of energy, and there is always something to do. The casino has a great atmosphere, and there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options all in one place.
I originally booked our stay from Friday to Monday, but I called the MGM to see if we could add an extra night \(Thursday evening. They were able to accommodate the request—thank you, Monique, for working your magic!
Our room was on the 5th floor, a king room that was clean and comfortable\. It was a bit on the smaller side, but very cozy and well\-kept\.
The highlight of my stay was the excellent customer service\. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout the entire visit\. Being an MGM Rewards member also added great perks that made the experience even more enjoyable\.
The location is another big plus—it’s easy to get to other spots on the Strip while still having everything you need right at the resort\.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay at the MGM Grand again\. It made for a fun and memorable Las Vegas getaway\!"
