"In fairness before I booked i knew it was 23 miles away from the center but didnt think it was that far...because of the winding roads ir takes about 30 to 35 mins each way to the center of town and the hotel doesnt have a shuttle service. "This listing on Expedia is deceptive. The property is not at the location on the map, and no one in the town had ever heard of it. I tried to contact the property at least 10 times in the weeks leading up to my reservation via phone, Expedia messages, and WhatsApp in both English and the local language and never received one reply. In the end, I had to just pay for additional lodging somewhere else. I hope I can get a refund, but no luck so far."

"We were a group of seven and waited around 30 minutes for the airport pickup, followed by another 30 minutes to check in. There were only two staff members handling check-in. The staff were lovely and efficient, but the hotel definitely seemed understaffed given the number of incoming guests. Management may need to look at this. The view is nice, although it can be quite noisy with boats. The telephone in the room was never answered, so if we needed anything, we had to go downstairs. As mentioned in other reviews, there were no hand towels, and the floor towels were not changed during our stay. We stayed here mainly for the convenience of the port, as I was diving every day. For that purpose, it was fine. However, next time I would probably stay a little further away, as Grab bikes are very easy and affordable. Many of the better restaurants are also away from the main street. Overall, the staff were friendly and the location was convenient, but the hotel could definitely improve its staffing and housekeeping."
