All staff so welcoming and helpful. Very clean and spacious rooms with lovely views over the water. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so much variety. Food at both restaurants consistently fresh and good quality. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again. Day trips easily accessed we were picked up directly from the hotel. Spa massages reasonably priced and very good.

What a great resort! Not only is the view specular from the balconies but the rooms are also amazing with great facilities and thought-out layout. This is a beautiful hotel. The reason I gave it a 3 star is because we did not have hot water in shower, not even warm water -it was cold water. I tried it at different times of day, it was always the cold water. I paid a lot extra to have the overwater villa, a once in a lifetime experience for me, so was very disappointing to freeze during my showers. We told the staff, but they did not do anything about it. We told them we were coming back in a few days and could they offer discounted rooms. They offered an upgrade, but no discounts-it was the same price as if I booked through Expedia. The staff in all other areas were so nice and helpful, they were exceptional.

Spent 8 nights in the hotel. Amazing property with lovely staff and a lot of facilities. Live coral reef in front of the hotel with easy access from the jetty stairs allows nice snorkeling, I hope the management will take care of protecting it. One of the very few hotels in Labuan Bajo with such an a rare gift.

Incredible staff, beautiful grounds, we felt so lucky to be there. One thing they could do to step it up is get glassware for martinis, but I’m splitting hairs. The shower was phenomenal and we felt so well taken care of! Sunset in the swing on the pier with a piña colada and the best view will be a memory that lives on
