  • Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Falaise neighbourhood with stunning views of the Morzine valley !



    This apartment is located in "La Falaise area" on the 5th floor of residence : Le Saskia 1

    It's location within 200m of the underground carpark makes it really easy to access and leave on arrival and departure day. Enjoy Portes du Soleil ski area directly and easily from/to the apartment.



    This apartment is composed :

    - Entrance with laundry room and storage cupboard

    - Fully equiped kitchen open on the living room

    - Dining table and convertible sofa, armchair and TV

    - Access to the balcony

    Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement.

Le service est impeccable et l’appartement est très bien équipé. C’est la deuxième année que réservé avec Immodreams et ils sont top. Merci et je me réjoui déjà d’être en 2026. Le suivi des mails est un peut lent. Pour le reste rien c’est top.
