Perfectly maintained and very cosy 2 bedroom apartement perfect for a family with a beautiful south-east facing balcony !



Perfectly located in Datcha residence, only 300m from undeground parking and very close to the shops, restaurants and center.



This beautiful family apartment is on the 5th (entrance) floor :

- Entrance hall with cupboard

- Kids room on the left with triple bunk bed (80x190cm)

- Separated toilet

- Bathroom with a shower

- Living space with fully equiped kitchen and beautiful living area (dining table and sofa)

- Adults room with a double bed

- The window from living area will guide you to the sunny balcony

- Ski-locker on slope level



This beautiful apartment can welcome up to 5 guests and is perfect for a family.

Datcha is very close to the underground carparks. Direct access to the slopes from the apartment ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at 200m and Aquariaz is just 50m away.



Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement.

Fabulous apartment 🤩

The apartment exceeded the photos - it was a really nice and cosy apartment. And the location was perfect, just in the centre of everything.
