This magnificent chalet is located in the Ardoisières valley. Ideally located on the free shuttle circuit for quick and easy access to the Prodains cable car (direct access to the Avoriaz area) which is a few minutes away. This free shuttle also leads to the center of Morzine located 3.6 kilometers away. The ski slopes are 900 meters from the chalet.  
 Surface area : about 97 m². 1st floor. Orientation : North, South. View village and mountain. Living room with BZ-sofa (140), stove. Bedroom with double bed (160\*200). Bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80\*190). Kitchenette with coffee machine, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 induction cooking rings, fridge. Bathroom with bath-tub, shower, hairdryer. Separated WC. Balcony. washing machine. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
