Within the residence, guests have access to a gym and sauna, open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM, as well as communal bike storage on a first-come basis. Morzine’s centre, lifts, shops, and restaurants are a short walk away. In winter, skiing across the Portes du Soleil is easily reached, while in summer the area offers Lake Montriond, waterfalls, hiking, and mountain biking. Families are well placed here, with Aquariaz water park in nearby Avoriaz and the Dérêches leisure park both close by.
