Lovely people who greeted us and very accommodating. Cooked a full breakfast for us and helped us with every request.

Hotel is beautiful - views across the vineyards from infinity pool are stunning. Rooms are very well appointed, great bathrooms and free minibar a nice touch. However - only negative point - the service was *excellent* by the staff - I cannot fault the effort by the people working there ... BUT - they felt understaffed across hotel. 1 poor guy/girl working pool service for 16-20 people on beds. 1-2 boys or girls on front desk with no porters to help luggage so they have to do that. Balcony view was amazing. Room was excellent

Boathouse Resort was great. Friendly reception staff. Very comfortable, spacious room with a fantastic spa bath. Kitchen area was a bit small - not much space to do anything once the kettle, coffee maker and toaster were all out, but it’s manageable. Only real negative point was the WiFi - not great.

Excellent - large bed, good size room with excellent facilities. Discount on golf green fees.

Lovely, clean and spacious room. Staff were really friendly. Great location.

Staff were helpful and cotuteous. Room was lovely and clean. View was great from the room.. we would definitely return and would recommend this place

It took a while to find someone to check us in. Also had trouble reserving a table for dinner as the online site wouldn't accept my mobile number. When you find a staff member and ask to make a reservation, they say yes, got it, but nothing happens. Apart from that 10/10 for everything. Great beer and food. Very lively and busy place but quiet upstairs in our room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly rated.

Excellent place to stay with full amenities and great staff.

Stayed for a week while visiting family and the area. Very limited hanging space and no cupboards or shelving to put anything on so had to live out of my case. The complimentary water, tea and coffee was much appreciated and the housekeeping ladies where very friendly.

Very nice relaxing two days!

Beautiful location and spacious room. Breakfast menu a bit limited as no kitchen in the morning.

Really lovely bedroom and bathroom. Large comfy bed and an amazing breakfast
