Hotel is beautiful - views across the vineyards from infinity pool are stunning. Rooms are very well appointed, great bathrooms and free minibar a nice touch. However - only negative point - the service was *excellent* by the staff - I cannot fault the effort by the people working there ... BUT - they felt understaffed across hotel. 1 poor guy/girl working pool service for 16-20 people on beds. 1-2 boys or girls on front desk with no porters to help luggage so they have to do that. We stopped in Geelong as we needed a base before returning our car in Melbourne. We were impressed with the hotel which was really nice. The room/apartment was spacious with a lounge and a separate bedroom. The only issue I had was that access to/from the car park was not as easy as it could have been. To get to reception you either need to take 2 lifts or one plus some stairs which is a bit awkward with 2 cases. Not particularly well signposted where lifts are from where I parked the car.
