"Quiet air conditioned room. Comfortable bed Clean bathroom and room. Polite staff. Couple of downsides:- Due to problems with birds there was bird netting placed completely in front of the room window so it looked like you were looking out of a prison cell. Spoiled the view over Harrogate. Also, there was some kind of mixup where my confirmed booking had somehow attached itself to another IHG members details. It’s slowed up check in somewhat while the staff had to try and work out what had gone wrong."
