Ideal for a pleasant stay with family or friends, this apartment offers all the necessary comfort for an unforgettable holiday.   
  
Nestled on the 2nd floor of a small residence without elevator, the apartment benefits from a surface area of approximately 31m² + 7m² below a height of 1.80m.   
Also enjoy a lovely east-facing balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the views.  
The apartment consists of an entrance with storage, a shower room and a separate toilet. The living room includes a non-convertible sofa, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen area.  
  
The kitchen is equipped with: fridge, 2-burner hob, mini oven, microwave, SENSEO coffee maker, electric kettle, fondue set and cookware.   
  
Beds on the mezzanine (carpeted):- 1 bed 140cm - 1 bunk bed 80X190cm (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old)
