First it was really disappointed that the hotel had a cheaper rate than what i paid on Expedia, more than 50% less if you book directly with the hotel. Second; there is no breakfast, is only coffee. Last and worst, on Sunday night there was a fight between a couple around 2-3am. they were yelling, and doing a big scandal on the common areas, no one said anything to them or call the police.

False advertisement
Dissatisfied. Booked hotel due to advertised airport drop off service and restaurant, both misadvertised. We arrived around 5, nobody was at the check in area; kept ringing bell and receptionist appeared bothered to be pulled from wherever she was. Receptionist informed us there was no airport shuttle and the restaurant was not opened for lunch or dinner. Hotel was beautiful, colonial style but poor noise control; people on lobby could be heard as if they were outside your door up until 1 or 2 am. No hot water, flat pillows and sheets looked as if they were unchanged.

Worst experience in a hotel EVER
The worst experience that I have ever had of a hotel. They did not know how toped in internet my reservation. Refugio Victoria Hotel give me a extremely dirty room with dirty bed sheets and mud in the shower, noisy street that did not let me sleep. On top of it they charged more instead of reducing the price. They changed the room but with mosquitoes in it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY.
