The pictures offered of the property are far from the reality, the rooms are extremely small, I spent 2 nights there and they not cleaned my room, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Es un lugar que no cumple con lo estipulado en las indicaciones de lo que te ofrecen, pero es un lugar tranquilo y accesible a pie, los espacios son muy chicos. Creo que es necesario que actualicen la información que ofrecen para no confiarnos como lo hice yo en lo personal que lo escogí porque tenía clima y varias cosas y la realidad que no tiene nada de lo que ofrecen!!!

Pésimo Servicio

El de recepción era una persona nueva y no sabía el procedimiento de registro, me dio una habitación que no era la que había pagado y no había lugar de estacionamiento por lo que dejé mi carro afuera y al día siguiente se lo llevó la grúa .

Regular. Me gustó porque conozco Morelia.

Servicio justo por el precio pagado. Lo que ofrece el hotel es lo básico, nada de lujos, la atención es muy buena, muy amables en recepción. Sus puntos débiles es que las instalaciones no son muy acogedoras y hay algunas fallas mínimas (la regadera por ejemplo "vibraba" y salía el agua intermitentemente cuando no la abrías por completo. El punto más débil es la ubicación: lejos del centro y en una zona que parece peligrosa.

Bueno todo hiba bien hasta que llegué ala recepción y pedí mi reservación y me comentó la recepcionista que tenía que pagar porque por este medio no sé efectuaría lo cuál me dejó duda incluso cuando empecé ha hacer la reservación hablé al teléfono para aclarar mi duda sobre esto y me comentó la que atendió mi llamada que si se efectuaría el cobro lo cuál confíe , y se me cobró doble vez ..

Me sentí totalmente defraudada

Las fotos que están en la publicidad no son reales. La fuente no existe, el lugar pareciera estar en construcción, la zona en la que está el hotel deja mucho que desear y ya no digamos de las habitaciones, celosías rotas tapadas con un trozo de cartón, cortinas sucias, debías abrir la llave de paso para que saliera agua del lavabo y cerrarla para que dejara de salir, no había agua caliente todo el tiempo, nos tocó un baño con agua fría. La verdad terrible y eso de que el desayuno está incluído es totalmente mentira ya que Pan tostado con mermelada, jugo de naranja artificial y café no cuentan como desayuno. Eso sin contar con el hecho de que antes del check out te llegan a tocar la puerta para ver si te quedas o te vas.
