Cleanliness of floors, bathroom was excellent, but the wall corners and ceilings in our room could have used some attention. Lots of hot water for showering was so appreciated after experiencing lack of hot water elsewhere in Mexico. Access to bottled water would be a nice addition - either in the room or to fill reusable bottles. Breakfast was available for a small extra fee, which we enjoyed on two occasions. Sin embargo pedí que me llevaran un poco más de café y me cobraron $20.00 por rellenar la taza, considero que no es acorde al precio pagado por el detalle de un refil de café. What I would like to note is that circumstances had me staying with friend who lives locally. Travelocity's policy of paying for all nights upfront is unfortunate, and will have me thinking twice about using it again.
