"Overall it was a nice hotel for 2 stars, with perfectly clean rooms and friendly staff. The room was a little cramped, not much maneuvering room around the twin beds or in the ensuite, but it was quite cheap and served our purposes nicely. Possibly worth knowing is that the wifi si free but only allows the connection of one device at a time. Breakfast was continental-style, quite varied and 6 euros per person."

"This is a budget hotel. We only slept and showered there. We brought our dogs. We booked the rooms at 21:00 for a 22:00 arrival. The entrance is automated. We did not get our confirmation codes to the doors. All of that was solved with a quick call. It was clean and looks like there’s food machines in the lobby if you needed something. "Set in a good position. Air con in bed rooms but not in dining room/ tv area. Swimming pool a welcome addition with free towels although shut at 8.30pm. Excellent breakfast spread. Difficult to get served from bar in the evening."

"Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. Room was very spacious with own balcony overlooking gardens. We had dinner in the restaurant on one night on the patio which was wonderful. Very attentive staff. Breakfast let it down slightly with choices, we only found out on second day we could ask for eggs. Would highly recommend the hotel"

"Great location for exploring the beautiful historic city of Perigeaux located within easy walking distance of the center with free parking just around the corner. Clean, comfortable with very nice bar/restaurant and terrace. Breakfast buffet was very good but evening meal was poor. With the exception of one stroppy young waitress who seemed to resent that we were not fluent in French, all of the staff were excellent and very helpful. No hesitation to recommend."
