Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, lumineux, vue agréable, petite terrasse agréable et bien équipée, appartement propre (tapis du salon et les coussins du canapé moyennement propres) pas de climatisation mais chambres au nord donc assez fraiches cependant avec fenêtres ouvertes c'est un peu bruyant car il y a une rue principale pas loin + rue devant l'immeuble (parking + ramassage des poubelles) un peu gênant pour moi qui habite à la campagne peut être moins gênant pour des citadins

Super appartement, double exposition avec deux terrasses (une grande et une petite) + une loggia. On est en hauteur, donc vue sympa sur la Grande-Motte avec la mer au fond. Tout équipé (électroménager, machine à laver) il semble avoir été rénové il y a peu, comme le laissent voir les photos (pas de mauvaise surprise, vous louez ce que vous voyez). Résidence bien tenue. Je précise qu'il y a bien un ascenseur (non précisé sur l'annonce).

Un bel appartement dans l'ensemble, une très belle vue. Cependant lors de notre séjour nous avons put constater un manque d'équipements suite à un lavage de linge nous n'avions ni fer à repasser ni étendage (seulement un petit truc fixé au mur du balcon qui se déplie mais qui n'offre pas la possibilité d'étendre une machine complète de linge). Literie du lit double ferme ne convient pas à tout le monde. Mis à part ça nous avons été globalement satisfait de notre séjour dans cet appartement.
