Our family had the most amazing two weeks staying here, and plan on returning in the future. The location is perfect, polite and helpful staff, amazing food, and definitely a hidden gem within the Tuscan Hills. Spacious place but poorly maintained, grounds as well as bathrooms were not clean. Plenty of dead moskitos covered the walls additionally. Mold in the bathrooms and strange stains. There were doors instead of windows and no fly screens at all. So we could not leave anything open as there were thousands of Moskitos. Choice between sleeping in more than 30 degrees or open doors with countless bites and anything else in the apartment having three Small children. Kitchen very poorly equipped. The castle was more beautiful than I thought it would be, and the location was perfect. Our apartment was great and just as it was described. We would definetely stay at the castle again. The castle was more beautiful than I thought it would be, and the location was perfect. Our apartment was great and just as it was described. We would definetely stay at the castle again. The only suggestion I would have would be to give extra towels to the apartments and warn about the mosquitos in the summer. ##### Sarah G. There was plenty of space for privacy, as well as together time. We especially enjoyed the outside table and chairs, overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside. ##### null T.
