Relax on comfortable sofas in the spacious living area and enjoy meals together at the dining table. Prepare Italian specialities in the modern, well-equipped kitchen and round off your days in a cosy atmosphere.



Step out onto your private, furnished outdoor area and enjoy the Mediterranean surroundings amongst old stone walls, trees and lush greenery. Take a seat at the long garden table and spend convivial hours in the shade. Cool off in the large communal pool, relax on a sun lounger or find a shady spot under a parasol. You can also make use of the communal pergola, which is situated about 50 metres from the building.



Explore San Casciano and Montespertoli, or head to Florence and enjoy the view over the city from Piazzale Michelangelo before visiting the Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo and Giotto’s Campanile. Enjoy dinner in Impruneta on the historic square. In Siena, visit the cathedral and the Piazza del Campo, the setting for the famous Palio. Also plan a day trip to Pisa to visit the Piazza dei Miracoli with its Leaning Tower.
