Los cuartos son diferentes a los de las fotos, las puertas no cierran bien, no tienen cobijas, almohadas súper viejas y pequeñas, el aire acondicionado viejo y hacia un horrible ruido que no dejaba dormir, no tiene estacionamiento, ni tiene elevador. Horrible

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink, and the faucet came off in our hands (not connected). No remote control for the TV - asked staff to provide one but it never appeared. Room was not cleaned adequately. Towels were like rags - very thin, hard, and frayed on all edges. The 'hot water' in the shower was lukewarm. The sheets were threadbare and very thin. The blankets didn't appear to have been washed for quite a while. Expedia should not have a hotel such as this on their list to consider. We were quite disappointed.

WORST HOTEL EVER
I GOT ROBBED IN THAT HOTEL. MANAGER MADE ME CAME BACK AND FIGHT WITH HIM SO THEY DO NOT CHARGE ME THE CANCELLATION FEE. THAT'S ALL EXPEDIA REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM YOUR LIST.

Cheap but uncomfortable
There are no elevators, room keys are deprogrammed every night, far away from the city sights, and located in a very insecure neighborhood. The hotel staff was very friendly though.

Tiny rooms
First of all, there are 3 best western hotels just next to other. So be ready for some confusion. The neighborhood is not that good but the price is acceptable. Although, I think you can find some other hotels near there with better price and services. That room was simply tiny, just enough room to walk around the bed no more, no chair, no closet, the bathroom its the same small as my budget hahaha

Great hotel for a family
Very good service!! The only things is that it doesn't have any elevators... And if you take children, it can get kind of boring for them because there is no swimming pool. But again, the price is good compared to the other hotels.
