Nice front staff, smelly rooms, bad housekeeping
I picked a 4 star hotel not ocean front so I could get a clean room.
As soon as I walked in there was a musky stale smell. Even after leaving the balcony door open, which had no screen, the smell lingered. Wifi was really slow when other people were using it. We went to the aquarium and got back at 545, our room was not cleaned. Our housekeeper knocked a little before 6 pm and asked if we were leaving our room anytime so she could clean. She looked relieved when we said no and gave us more towels. This is a nice 3 star hotel. Not 4. We would not come back here. I rather be at marriot or Hilton.
