I don't typically do hotel reviews because while i may enjoy a stay, I'm never fully blown away. The Noe restaurant was amazing. Serving staff was incredible and friendly and Frank the bartender was a step above the rest. Friendly, inciteful, helpful. Just added to the amazing culture the Omni Hotel adds in addition to the stay. And let me not forget the room attendants. Every morning we saw her she was smiling, greeted us with warm hellos each morning and always wished us a great day. Again, I can't say enough good about this stay other than if your are considering it, stop and just book. You won't be sorry! Unfortunately, no one from management ever spoke with us. The front desk employee who sent housekeeping to re-clean the room simply offered us one free breakfast. This experience was incredibly upsetting. The condition of the bed was so unsanitary that we could not sleep and felt genuinely uncomfortable staying in the room. It also made us question what else in the room may not have been properly cleaned. I took detailed photos and videos of the situation. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced anything like this before—especially not at a Hilton property that markets itself as an upscale hotel."
