What an excellent property this is, particularly if you are using Montepulciano as a base to explore the area by car. Excellent laundry facility in the hosts cantina across the street. There are good restaurants in the lower end of the town, you are near the townโ€™s supermarket, and good parking options nearby, particularly if you plan you arrival times well (early morning or late afternoon). The view was beautiful, and the host very easy to work with.

This place was amazing! Paolo greeted us when we showed up. He walked us through and showed us where everything was. The house was stocked with everything needed. The laundry was just across the street and again had everything needed to do laundry. The house was very clean and the free parking was great. You will have to walk up a large hill to get to the house. I would recommend this house to my friends and family.

An excellent experience! Property is at the bottom of town, close to restaurants and grocery store. Villa was very clean and well stocked and had a beautiful view. Beds were firm but comfortable. Free Parking was a few streets away downhill. A perfect place to stay in Montepulciano.

Paolo was very good about communicating through the app if youโ€™re familiar with doing that. The property was just as listed and very clean. Had a beautiful view. The ability to do laundry was nice. Parking is free but a steep walk downhill and not always available. The property is very near shopping and restaurants. We would stay there again visiting Montepulciano.

Wow!!! This property was amazing and Paolo was a wonderful host! The view of the Tuscan valley was splendid and we were met by the town bells chiming as we arrived! Paolo met us at his home, and even helped us with a taxi issue once we arrived from the train station. Be prepared to wear your walking shoes as this site is at the base of the hilltop so all the restaurants and shops are uphill except the proper grocery store which is just down the hill and around the corner.. But there is a little bus that you can catch very close to the apartment that winds through the streets to the top! We absolutely loved our stay in Montepulciano!!!

Splendid view from Centro Storico

Our hosts were very communicative for our pre-arrival, ensuring we understood the closest and easiest parking. We arrived and parked in P1: free 05/11-06/03. Easy walking distance to the townhouse. The home is beautifully decorated with the ownerโ€™s travels. All things necessary are here and at your disposal: cooking, laundry, and relaxing vistas. Several meals were prepared here with ease. The dishwasher made quick work of cleanup. Should there be a need, your host is a text message away and responds quickly. There is plenty of sunshine to start your day and church bells ring to signal time. The location could not be better. Park the car and forget it: walking distance to Codan grocery, the lower Porto of Montepulciano, and, we even walked to San Biagio. Quiet, off the main via, and plenty of room to relax and enjoy Montepulciano. THIS IS THE VRBO for you!

Such a gorgeous little property in a great location at the bottom of montepuluciano - no need to walk up the big hill. Right next to the Main Street with all the restaurants etc but on a cute little street with stunning views out the window. 2 bedrooms so sleeps 4 and 2 bathrooms, very cute and has everything you need (except not enough mugs!) would def stay again. Also near a supermarket.

The apartment was spacious, clean, Beautifully presented and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The location is good for parking and access to Montepulciano . Fabulous view. Supermarket within walking distance. Lovely hosts, very accommodating.

Mesmerizing balcony view

The booking process was very efficient. Paolo was responsive to thousands of questions we had. The villa is in perfect location and well decorated. The comfort level was high. We couldn't have asked for better living arrangements. We would have given more stars if it allowed.
