The accommodation is an open space, featuring a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom open to the living area, a bathroom, and a balcony. It’s perfect for up to four guests. The well-maintained, functional spaces provide everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether you're traveling as a couple or with family.   
  
Outside, guests can enjoy a pleasant panoramic pool, shared only with the other two apartments, and a large, well-equipped green area: ideal for relaxing in the sun, reading under the shade of trees, or enjoying breakfast and dinner outdoors, immersed in silence and nature.   
  
The hilltop location is peaceful yet strategic, allowing you to reach the beaches of Lake Maggiore, romantic lakeside walks, and all the main services and attractions in just a few minutes.   
  
Thanks to its privileged position, it also serves as an excellent base for day trips to some of the most fascinating destinations in the region: Lugano, Locarno, Bellinzona, Milan, and many other towns rich in history, culture, and tradition.   
  
For nature lovers and hikers, several scenic trails start directly from the property, offering stunning views and breathtaking landscapes in every season. A spectacular view can also be admired along the road leading to the property or while walking the nearby trails.   
  
Anyone choosing this accommodation should know that from our office, where the keys are handed over, the property is about a 15-minute drive away. The mountain road leading to the property, while charming, features the typical curves of this mountainous area. After all, we are in the Italian Pre-Alps.
