"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel as a solo female traveler. The staff were wonderful and helpful and very attentive and communicative. The breakfast was lovely, the location was perfect! Water pressure 10/10. Room clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again."

"The owner replies immediately and efficiently to enquiries and the housekeeper was simply wonderful (clean apartment, beds made and a wonderful warm welcome!). We had the garden apartment (not the roof garden, which is separate but that's not clear from the ad). It's a bit run down but with a large terrace overlooking a charming, if unkept, garden which gave us a feeling of space. Sleeps 4 (not 6 as stated n the Vrbo/Abritel website) plus one sofa bed in the hallway. Small kitchen but with a washing machine and excellent fridge-freezer, most important items on a summer holiday! Lovely old building, well situated but the side road was noisy (not a pedestrian zone at all except briefly on weekend nights). Unless you stay for a long time, don't bother with the complicated parking permit, it’s easier to download the EasyPark app and pay per day."

"Beautiful hotel in excellent condition with amazing views from the rooms and balconies. The property has several great amenities, an excellent restaurant and bar, and is very well located, within walking distance of the waterfront, beaches, and many restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back."

"I don’t know where to begin, with the beautiful scenery overlooking the apartment or the incredible service provided by our host Valerio. Truly no words can explain how incredibly kind, helpful and joyful he is: truly the best host I have ever encountered! He was ready to help us at any moment whether it was through touristic advice or home related questions, truly a dream! In terms of the accommodation it is furnished with everything you could possibly need: washer dryer, pans, oven, hob, toiletries, and even water! The apartment is situated higher up in the city providing the most stunning view of the sea and the old town of Gaeta. The area is very lively with many restaurants, bars, artigianal ice cream shops. The main bus station is a 5 minute walk, very well connected to main attractions and only 10 minutes from the beautiful Serapo beach. Furthermore if you fancy a beautiful walk, the beach is only a half hour away! Honestly could not recommend this stay enough, thank you so much Valerio!! "
