"Rundown buildings"

"This villa is very clean and well maintained. The owners are onsite and very responsive to your needs and quick to respond to any requests. There is a great view of the cruise ship harbour and all the action in the harbour. The pool is beautiful but was a bit on the cool side. There is very little in the area that you can walk to due to being about 160' about the harbour (steep down hill into Castries). La Toc resort is right across the street but again a challenging walk to get to the beach. You would be best to rent a car of you will need to take a Taxi everywhere. Anthony's Taxi was reasonable and always available to take you around and easily reached through Whats app. The villa is located to the side of Castries downtown so can be noisy at times.We enjoyed our month stay overall. A day trip to Rodney Bay is a must. Dinning in the area was limited, however we did enjoy the Pink Papaya Restaurant for lunch. Coal Pot is the one main restaurant in the area but tends to be expensive for what you get."

"Host was very supportive and assisted during the check in process which was seamless. Location can be a bit tricky to navigate but we were provided with detailed information which aided us in locating the property. "

"Our overall stay here was lovely. The view from the balcony was excellent with loads of activities to watch in the harbour and in the air. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The issue is the steep hill for getting back from bars, shops and restaurants but you know the property is on a slope before you go. There are passing public minibuses so you just have to wait for one to get back up the hill! John, the host, who lives on site, is very good and helpful. Would recommend. "

"Wonderful host! Beautiful view! Comfortable! Spacious apartment with most of what you would need to prepare and cook your own food. Cooking utensils and cooking receptacles were helpful in my projects. "
