"Everybody should know that you have to read the little text of the booking carefully before coming to this hotel. They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. "easy to use, clean and relatively comfortable. location is okay, walkable to local shops and easy to park nearby, although not in Aachens touristy area. Only one semi-comfortable chair, and I couldn't fathom out the heating/cooling system. all in all its okay for a couple of nights on a business trip."
