(777 reviews) Hotel was okay. The Cafe Bar was never open although stated on hotel site. Room AC didn't work (room 306) so had to open windows - this meant mosquitos could share our room so a few bites and blood were given away free (this was in October). We didn't take breakfast and ate out for breakfast. All in all a good hotel with some niggles. Great location if you like shopping (my partner does).
