I would stay again. Staff was nice. It was quiet and located in a quiet area. It seemed as if the majority of the guest were out of town workers from the amount of construction truck in parking lot and people from festival few miles down the road. Pool seems ok we didn’t use it. Did make the breakfast in time but smells good on the way out. Check in and out was a breeze. Price was reasonable

When I arrived, there was another customer waiting for 10minutes for a someone to come to the counter. We waited another 10 minutes before a gentleman showed up to help him and check me in. My room had a spot on the floor near the AC Unit that was broken through and was a terrible ankle twister. The room was clean but dingy and definitely showed wear and tear. The towels were clean and fresh smelling, but they were worn and dingy also. The fridge was not operating and a couple of cabinet drawers had their fronts missing. I would not have chosen a place like this for a longer stay (Since I was there for a 1 night sleep only.) Somebody had a barking dog next door and had it not been for the guests return, I would have canceled and bounced. The bed was clean and comfortable enough and I slept well for a 5am wake-up and go. For the price, I was barely satisfied.

The pictures looked a lot better than the room itself we stayed in. The water pressure barely worked in our shower, there was stains on the sheets. The light next to the bed didn’t work. The breakfast area was nice though.

The staff we have encountered is so beyond sweet and they always go above and beyond to provide everything needed for a comfy stay! The parking is no issue, the area is safe, there is plenty of places for food and lots of places open late for last minute items. The pool is maintained and always warm and clean and thats something we love when we visit. Great wifi too with spacious rooms at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Think again if you plan on staying here, Not only is it poorly maintained, our room was not cleaned properly, the elevator was broken, the breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had, staff members walked around with sad faces . Nobody who worked there gave a damn about anything, and I'm not kidding !Pay a few more dollars and feel safe !!

To start, even if you choose to pay at property when booking online they will still bill your card at booking. Property seemed to be falling apart and recently changed hands/brands. My room was rusted, floors were sticky/slick, and furniture was falling apart. Other companion traveler’s room had no sheets or pillow cases on bed, and looked like they dumped the mop water on the floor to clean it, but overall their room seemed to be in better shape. The “smart” Roku tvs did not get enough signal to stream any of their channels. So instead of being able to watch anything, youd wait 2 minutes to load then have a buffering screen every 30 seconds, or would completely not load. Parking was fine. Breakfast was acceptable. Area was alright with a few close by food options.

The room smelled good, other than the bed it was clean bed sheets were not changed they had previous tenant dog hair in the bed, I do love its pets friendly and your first pet is for free, they have pool gym room and breakfast very fair for the price I’ve paid

Price efficient stay for any Tinley Park Concerts! Only 15ish min from the venue. It was a safe and comfortable place to lay our heads for the night before heading into Chicago again to shop the next day!

We were traveling for work and rented a room for an extended stay. The property is clean, the housekeeping staff are wonderful, polite, and ready to help at any time. Generally an older building but they are renovating. Staff was very willing to accommodate moving my room from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor right away. The issue we DID have is when trying to renew the extended stay for the same amount of days, the rates were much higher and we were told that we would be able to pay the same rate as the 1st time. They chalked it up to winter rates vs summer rates. That was never even mentioned when we were first checking in. In this economy, nobody can afford to be surprised with getting less for more 10 days later.
