The office chair was 50% duct tape, if that helps you visualize things… We were so exhausted late at night upon our arrival that, even though we were completely disgusted and terrified, we decided to stay and try to sleep. We packed and left before 6:00am and told the staff the unacceptable conditions and smells of the room. The desk staff was completely understanding and without hesitation reimbursed the second night we had prepaid at time of booking. Wonderful staff. Completely unacceptable hotel room.
