"We appreciate a low cost option on our road trips. Especially with a pup! The room was pretty clean and basic, exactly what I expect at a Motel 6. The staff was rally friendly! I wish other customers with their pups were more responsible because they ruined the opportunity for the rest of us to travel with our dogs because they’re not responsible for their own cleanup."

Knoxville and Smoky Mtn Riverside Retreat on the Holston with a beautiful view

"It was a little out of the way from downtown Knoxville but the drive was easy and the house and setting made it worth the drive back and forth. The road noise from the bridge was louder than i had expected, but we soon got used to it. Overall, a beautiful property and very friendly hosts! "

Riverfront Tiny House- Fishing & Kayaking

PERFECT

"Stayed here for my daughters graduation from The University of Tennessee. Go VOLS :) I wish we had more time as the location is prefect. Easy to get to campus and Knoxville. The location is peaceful and very relaxing. The "tiny" house was perfect. Will definitely book again upon returning to Knoxville. "

"We had an excellent stay. The details of the property was spot on . We had no problems so we did not have to reach out but it was nice that the host reached out to us to make sure everything was well. We will definitely stay here again. If I could rate it higher than a 5 star I would."

"Tree Solo was exactly the nature filled escape we needed this weekend! It’s secluded, but easy to find and get too. The view from the treehouse with the Autumn leaves falling in the breeze had us in awe. The Property manager, Jazmine was amazing, great communication and checked up to see if anything was needed! The horses in the pasture were beautiful, and we seen the sweetest barn kitty."
