"This is my "go to" facility when traveling to Knoxville for business! Staff is always friendly and professional. Overall the facility and the room are always clean though a few could benefit from renovation/updating."

"I would not recommend this property location. We found a roach in our room and one of the beds was full of crumbs. We called the front desk to complain. They brought us clean sheets for us to replace. The manager apologized and said there was nothing he can do. La Quinta lost a customer permanently. If this is how they clean rooms, I cannot imagine their kitchen used to serve the continental breakfast. Very disappointing experience considering all we wanted was a clean room for a night."

"worst hotel i have stayed at they gave us a dirty room dirty towels in the room it smelt soooo bad and the staff were not helpfully or nice at all we got a new room but they made it a big deal they wouldn’t give us clean towels the other days because we were not at the hotel when they knocked on the door to clean they were just unbelievably rude and it felt very unsafe the hinge on top of the door for the second lock was broken so i felt like i had to barricade the door since it was filled with creepy men that don’t stop staring and also no breakfast like advertised"
