Disappointed

Dissaspojnted as the hotel was run down. Really there was nothing at all at explained from the website No toiletries no tea/coffee facilities in the room No pillowcases and bed linen The staff however were Friendly and helpful

We are sorry to hear your comments. The hotel was completely refurbished in 2016. We do not offer tea and coffee making facilities, indeed these are very rare in any hotel in Tunisia. Any extra linens can be requested 24 hours a day from reception

Hotel Miramar Thalassa

Would have been nice to know there was no lift. Changed my room as phone had been wrenched out of the socket and my view was a very large fern tree. This was no problem though. All the staff were very friendly, food was ok. Overall very satisfied. Was only able to use steam room at allocated hours and it wasnt working very well. Recommend spa treatments.

No internet, couldn't work

I can't recommend this hotel, because the internet was down for several days. Also, even when the internet was operating, wireless (which isn't free) is only available in the lobby. This is a lovely hotel, truly lovely. But I need to be able to work when I travel.

We were not sure what this hotel would be like when we booked. However on arrival it looked clean and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and the cleaner took great pride in giving it a thorough clean. A downside was the beds, they were very hard but you soon got used to it. The entertainers were always trying to find activities for the guests. We had lots of rain, some people did complain that they had leaks in their rooms. The food was more than adequate, we were half board and easily managed to live on breakfast and dinner. The thalasso therapy treatments were great and during the rain proved to be a perfect hideaway. This hote would not be for young party animals. It is unsafe to go into the local towns at night. I would also be unsuitable for children. If you simply fancy a relaxing break with all amenities on site then this ones for you.

Chef de cuisine à revoir menu identique tout les jours petit déjeuné catastrophique Mais le pire sont l'isolation fenêtre et porte aucun moyen de ce reposé la nuit comme la journée

Location: no time to see around as we were busy to find another accommodation for the night
All terrible since our arrival to this hell! At the reception we did not find anyone able to speak EN or FR or any other foreign language but finally we managed to get room's key. Seen that we arrived around 8 pm firstly we went for the dinner: we did not touch any single offered plate, all looked so dirty and unattractive that we decided to go and see promptly the room as we understood that the hotel is not our thing. No elevator and we got the second floor through dark corridors along with broken doors and dusty carpets, my wife was scarred. As we presumed, the room was dirty with a magnificent view over an internal courtyard were engines were installed. We saw each other and without discussing we took our bags and left. Indecent experience!

Bonne réception malgrer venu en basse saison Sinon direction très ouvert puis restauration excellente revoir les petits déjeuner car pas assez de choix pour de internationale........ Sinon personnel et chambre très spacieux Puis orientation très bien décerné puis faire attention au taxi car très divers tarifs selon personne pas très correct alors mefiance!!!!!! En ville à SOUSSE personnes trop collante donc très désagréable pour chiner paisiblement. .... Mais à part ça hotel très très bien à conseiller Merci la direction de nous avoir bien reçu Mr perron
