The attic apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building without a lift. The apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking, a bathroom with a French bath. The apartment is very cool as it is exposed to the east and with double air intake.

A 2-minute walk is the sea (free beach with showers - supervised by the lifeguards during the months of July and August). The train station is 7 minutes away. The area is central so there are various commercial establishments.

Homely

The property was the most homely that I’ve ever stayed in. It even had down bedding. The location was close to a very picturesque beach, restaurants, and trains to Monaco, Nice and Cannes.

Gorgeous beach apartment

We absolutely loved our stay. Alessandra was so kind and even has beautiful essential oils in her apartment! Awesome location and the apartment is very cozy. I would recommend this accomodation to anyone!

Lovely flat in the heart of Menton

Our host was wonderful, the location perfect. It is a walk up-so not for everyone. Clean tidy and amenities were fine. The sun and Breeze made everything pleasant.

FANTASTIC

The flat is centrally located, just behind the tourist information centre in Menton. The host, Alessandra, very friendly, supportive and helpful lady. The only drawback is that there is no lift in the building.. We had lovely time in Menton. Wish to visit again and stay at the same flat in near future.

Eight nights in a perfect environnement. I needed silence and no obligation to go to restaurant. Good organic shop beside (Naturalia is not far). Good contact with Alessandra.

Great trip and stay!

The house was great… everything we needed for our trip. Alessandra was an amazing hostess! She met us there, showed us how to use everything, and was very responsive from the start of the booking in January. Her attentiveness to answering was MUCH appreciated, and her house was welcoming. Easy walk to train, beach, and food/shopping! We will stay with her again if we return!

The VRBO listing did not include property address which made it difficult to find. Alessandra was at the apartment when we arrived and gave us a quick tour which was great, and she is a delightful person.Be prepared for 8 flights of stairs to reanch the 4th floor aparrment (no lift). The location is fabulous, however. Enjoy.

Really great deal

This is a large, clean and beautiful apartment right in the heart of Menton. For the price it’s a really great deal. I really enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommend this place.

Alexandra was wonderful! She was very quick to respond and stopped by the apartment with little notice when I had a self-inflicted issue I needed her to tend to. The location was perfect! The ceilings are low so be careful if you’re tall. The apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator. Quiet neighborhood with a delicious pizzeria with friendly staff right next door. We had the perfect stay!

Convenient and quirky

We enjoyed visiting Menton and the apartment was central. Alessandra was a friendly and efficient host. The apartment is on the fourth floor and has some challenging headroom but it is still very good value.

The comminication with Alessandra was geat, she was always responding fast and helpful. The apartment is located on the fourth floor in an older building without a lift which could be wuite a challange if you have a lot of luggage or a disability. The kitchen was equipped well with everything needed for decent cooking. The bath was also clean and the shower was nice. Unfortunately, some thing were quite old like the cooking plate or the washing machine, which was quite challenging to use. The the wall height is quite low so if you are a tall person it might be uncomfortable.

On arrival, Alexandra met with us to show us how to get in to the apartment and how everything works. She was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and full of character, we felt right at home immediately. It had everything we needed for our stay and more! Alexandra really has thought of everything, including; a selection of coffee, provisions to cook with, soap for the shower and also for the washing machine. The bed is very comfortable too. The apartment is located centrally and you can access all amenities and the beach within just a few minutes walk from your doorstep. The local police station is right opposite the apartment so we felt very safe here too. It can get hot in the summer, there is no AC. However there are a lot of windows which can be left open for the day as you are on the top floor and it is considerably cooler in the evenings. Be prepared to walk up many stairs, but it is worth it for this beautiful apartment. We had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Menton.
