Gemütliches Haus mit Blick zum Meer

This house is located in the charming mountain village of Glori and has been carefully renovated. The authentic charm of local tradition has been preserved, complemented by a touch of elegance.
The highlight is the breathtaking panoramic terrace: on clear days, the view extends all the way to the sea—a truly unique panorama. It’s the ideal place to start the day with a hearty breakfast, relax in the sun, or enjoy an aperitif at sunset amid the tranquility of the village.

Ground Floor
Upon entering the house, you’ll find an entryway on the left with a coat closet and a washing machine. This leads to a large dressing area with a wardrobe and a small sofa.
From here, you can access:
- a bathroom with a window, equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet
- a bedroom with two single beds (80 cm wide)
- a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide).

Basement
A staircase leads to a basement area used for storing lounge chairs and other items. This is also where the gas central heating system is located, which also provides hot water.

First Floor
The staircase opposite the entrance leads to the bright living area. This consists of a cosy living room with a smart TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi, sofa, and dining table.
During the winter months, an antique wood-burning stove provides warmth and character; it creates a cosy atmosphere on cooler days and heats the house in a traditional way.

A wide hallway connects the living room to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, sink, small appliances, and an open fireplace.
The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Next to the living room is a small room with a desk that can be used as an additional bedroom if needed.

From the living room, you have direct access to the large panoramic rooftop terrace—the perfect place to relax and enjoy the mountain views, which stretch all the way to the sea on clear days.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the price.
They can be provided upon request at the following rates:
Towels: 5 € per person
Bed linens: 10 € per person
