From the very start of our stay our hosts were very attentive, from offering to go the pharmacy (I was poorly first couple of days) to giving us great advice on where to go and what beaches to visit. Everything required was available in the studio and the view was absolutely outstanding across Lac Leman. Many many thanks for letting us stay with you."

"This was billed as a hotel and was not. Even the taxi driver could not find it! It is a tiny apartment next to the laundry room on the ground floor under a train trestle. And by the way, there is no air conditioning. The choice was to leave the windows open and deal with the noise of the train or keep the windows shut in the record breaking heat. "The chalet was lovely. At the top of the hill in Jaun with a beautiful view. It would be helpful to have something in writing on the property regarding only 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided as well as the single trash bag- this is common in Switzerland, but not in American VRBO’s.
