"Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. Weak somewhat noisy AC unit. Small room, but they have made efficient use of it. We did not try the breakfast as it seemed basic for the cost. Parking...

"We had an amazing time at Villa Gravic! We had late a late incoming flight and I was worried about being able to check in, but Ivana assured me from Day 1 that it would not be an issue and it wasn’t! My kids enjoyed the pool and the room was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s only 10 minutes away from Old Town, so getting to and from places was quick and easy!"

"Perfect location as only 6 minutes drive into the centre. The bathroom however is located off one of the bedrooms so this was the only downfall as it meant the couple staying on the sofa bed had to pass through the bedroom to access this. The host was very helpful and kind as was his grandmother and the property otherwise was perfect "

Too bad the pool wasn't open (it was April, and too cold). Though a little out of Zadar, close by restaurants were fantastic. Dealing with the owner was also very pleasant."

"Lovely stay at the apartment, a not too far walk from the beautiful Zadar. Would be happy to come back, place was spacious and great to come back to each night. Loved the outdoor panoramic views each morning for breakfast. Only improvements would be ways to dispose of rubbish during the week"

"This property is beautifully maintained with all new fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is also new and the dishes are all new, matching and set for 4 people. Parking on the street was easy and free. The unit is on the ground floor so only one or two steps to get inside. It is not on the waterfront, but one one block away from the water, and a 5 minute walk to the bridge to the old city. We ate both nights at Restaurant "Giardin", around the block, and it was good and...

Wir haben uns sehr über den freundlichen Empfang gefreut. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepflegt und auch das Grundstück hat uns sehr gefallen. Da wir in den Herbstferien da waren, war es auch sehr ruhig in der gesamten Umgebung. Die Blick zum Meer (50 m) hat jeden Morgen herrlich starten lassen. Wir können es nur empfehlen! "Great property, perfect for a getaway with a bigger group of friends or family. Make sure you contact the property with check-in times before arrival, I didn't see the note that the property owner isn't on-site. But the owner was responsive and we got in faster than some hotel concierge lines I've been in."
