"Room was not serviced daily. The light fixtures were broken and falling off, same with the bathroom mirror. The bodywash was enpty the entire time even after notifying the front desk. A souvenir was stolen or thrown out from my room. I lost my cell phone in the casino and the phone was being turned on and off. I doubt a guest kept the phone in the hotel. Needless to say i never recovered my device. All these issues took time from our vacation to address with the front desk. "
