    It's located in a building with two entrances: one leading to the beach and the other to town, providing easy access to shops and services.

    Note: The apartment faces the inner courtyard and does not have a sea view, although the building is on the beachfront.

    Restaurants, bars, pubs, and shops are within walking distance. Other beaches, such as Patalavaca and Anfi del Mar, are also nearby.

    Perfect for two, but can accommodate four with the sofa bed in the living room.
