- This is a BEAUTIFUL, newly renovated apartment right on the sea, with spectacular views from the 9th floor. If you like the beach, warm weather, sun, and short walks to local markets and restaurants with peace and quiet as you sleep, this is for you. It has direct access to the beach, with a private elevator and a private secure entrance. It is also perfect for joggers, as it is along the path from ANFI del MAR to the village of Arguineguin. If you are a cyclist, this is a paradise for training year-round, all over the island; with climbs or recovery rides, straight from the building entrance. Also, hiking trails start just across the street. Markets and restaurants are all within close proximity.
