    Ideal for couples, families and sports enthusiasts of all kinds. A calisthenics park is 1 km away, with a golf course, water sports, cycling routes and hiking nearby.



    Excellent location in Puerto Rico, Mogán, close to the beach and entertainment. Great weather all year round. All amenities, including a supermarket, pharmacy, shopping centre and bus stop, are a 3–5-minute walk away. No car needed.



    The sun reaches the terrace between noon and 2 pm, depending on the season.
