Family Villa Morenanoemi with Sea View, Pool, Garden, Terrace & Balcony

Villa Morenanoemi is a Sicilian villa perfect for families with children, consisting of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with

dishwasher, 9 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and 3 toilets additional and can therefore accommodate 15 people. Additional amenities

include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and television. On request, a crib and high chair are available. Outside you will find a private pool, a garden, a balcony and a terrace with open and covered areas, as well as a grill. The property offers also a ping-pong table, a pool table and an area for children. The villa boasts a beautiful sea view. Inside the villa, in the annex lives a couple of janitors who take care of the maintenance of the pool and garden. The nearest beach (Maganuco Beach) is less than 5 minutes (300 m) away on foot. A well-stocked market is only 800 meters away, while the supermarkets, stores and restaurants are located in the nearby town of Pozzallo, less than 5 minutes (2 km) away by car. The nearest airport is that of Catania, 1 hour (120 km) away by car and the accommodation is only 2.5 km from a brand new McDonald's (4 min by car).

Large Spanish style Villa

Exceptional on site Managers who did everything in their powers to make it a great holiday. The house itself was clean, functional and very well equiped. The plumbing however is very poor and the bedding needs a big upgrade for rates being charged

Our stay was lovely, the places was awesome

Pros: Antonio was very welcoming, and the property managers, Gianfranco & Natasha were fantastic! At first we werent sure about have the managers on site, however we left there preferring that they were there with us! great people, super friendly, extremely caring, down to earth, to a point we asked them to join us for a spritz and some house tunes by the pool! They are truly part of the experience, you truly have NOTHING to worry about them being there. If anything, you'de want them there Cons: Absolutely Nothing!
