"Questa è una proprietà così splendida con una vista così incredibile! Il personale è stato così cordiale e accomodante durante il mio soggiorno. Ho fatto un lungo viaggio di ritorno a un'altra destinazione e ho chiesto di usare il loro forno a microonde per la mia zuppa. L'hanno fatto felicemente e mi hanno persino permesso di tenere il loro cucchiaio! Un ringraziamento speciale a Georgia che si è assicurata che avessi tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per il mio lungo viaggio! Vorrei aver trascorso più tempo sul terreno dato che è così incredibilmente sereno. Hanno fatto uno sforzo così enorme per garantire che gli ospiti abbiano un'esperienza straordinaria qui! "Amazing stay! Highly recommended! The room was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the view incredible! Waking up to sunrise over the mountains, hearing the birds (and rooster!) was so peaceful. The hosts, Jeannette and her husband, were super nice and personable, and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was included and very delicious, with so many choices of beverage and foods, both Italian style and American style . Parking was free and available upon prearranged request, right in front of the building. Walkable to the city if you don't mind the steep climbs. This was a great stay, and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Perugia or the Umbria region."

"The hotel is new, clean, well designed and uncluttered. Plenty of common areas, roomy breakfast hall with natural light. The rooms are large and the bathrooms have big showers with glass walls (no shower curtain needed). The front desk is helpful and the breakfast staff went out of their way to feed us even if we got there 5 minutes before closing. Free parking and space reserved to charge EVs. "
