However the place did not live to the same expectation. We did not get a patio apartment as booked, instead a basement one. The apartment was fine, clean, but very outdated kitchen furniture (nothing like in the pictures). Posizione accettabile se si va con mezzo proprio, peccato per il resto... Il gestore completamente disorganizzato ad accogliere gli ospiti, ci ha dato un appartamento (anzi per meglio dire un alloggio improvvisato) che non corrispondeva a quello che avevamo prenotato. Abbiamo trovato la pattumiera piena (evidentemente dei precedenti ospiti), frigorifero vecchio e da sbrinare (con all'interno una bottiglia già iniziata). Cosa dire: anche se abbiamo speso poco, la struttura ed il locatore sono risultati davvero impreparati e insoddisfacenti. Abbiamo usufruito della capiente cucina per cenare e per la colazione. il B&B è vicino all'anfiteatro Romano e di conseguenza al centro della bellissima Gubbio.
