Great weekend stay.

"A lovely weekend stay at The Inn West End. The room was comfortable and had a lovely bathroom. Only negative is that the TV could be a little bigger. Breakfast was delicious and we also had dinner from the extensive menu which was very good. The staff are lovely and very attentive. We would definitely recommend a stay at The Inn West End!"

Positive stay

"The host could not have been more helpful, it was a real pleasure! The apartment was lovely and clean and a good size. The apartment also had everything that we needed provided. The location was great with amenities within a short drive and lots in the local area to explore. Extra touches provided such as fresh milk, some chockies and popcorn for the children. The only negative was the noise from the road, it did feel quite loud and consistent even late in the night. Also, the apartment would really benefit with some extra pillows for the beds and some cushions on the sofa. Cheap fixes but would make the stay more comfortable. Would be more than happy to stay again."

Awful

"Dirty, staff (well only saw one) seen more personality in a dead frog. I stay away 4 nights very week this place is how not to do it. No food, the noise from other rooms was unreal you could a fart. Traffic noise awful ok it’s on a main road so that is what it is. Seriously I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid the bill for me and at the best part of £100 they should be ashamed. "

New year's eve stay

"When we arrived at the property we had done a big food shop in preparation for our stay. We soon found out that the hob was not working. I tried to get in touch with someone for support and this was difficult to do. I spent a portion of my time awaiting responses from someone via the messenger platform as there was no number provided. I managed to get in touch with someone who told me to send a video. I did so and they never responded. So that issue was never resolved. The dishwasher was leaning on its side when open, the floor and sink in the kitchen were grubby. There were basic amenities lacking such as tea towels, cheese grater and various other things. Overall I wasn't too impressed with the house and especially not the communication when we required support. We managed to get by without the hob but I wouldn't stay here again."
