Ample parking on the property. Comfort Inn's accommodation of pets is excellent, with a large lawn for dog walking, a dog blanket and treats given at check-in. Amenities like these mean a lot to dog people! Gym was clean and thoughtfully supplied. I wish my room would have had a desk and chair as I had business to do while there. Otherwise, thumbs up!

Only thing I could complain about was the train being loud at night but that’s not a big deal. Beautiful location, we got to see a beaver while sitting by the river. Breakfast was great and everything was clean.

Wonderful staff, after an unfortunate booking at a hotel down the street that was disgusting we contacted the Comfort Inn where they were able to get us a room and before check-in time. This establishment was very clean, staff was very professional and 10 out of 10 I would stay here again.

The Comfort Inn is our go to place to stay in Missoula over the years and it did not disappoint this trip. It's conveniently close to downtown and the University of Montana. The train is pretty loud and close, when it blows its horn, but most of downtown probably has to deal with that. We'll stay there again.

We did not get much from the breakfast buffet,but it was well stocked. Great parking, Our room was nice and clean. We did have a view of the apartment complex pool next door,but closed the binds and all was good. Grocery store next door and Super close to the stadium 👍 Easy walk to downtown and beautiful Missoula

The hotel was very conveniently located. It is dog friendly, as were many places we’ve stayed. However, they go over and above; they gave us a little bundle with dog treats, a poop bag and a sheet detailing good places to walk our dog, pet friendly dining options, dog supply stores,etc. in all the years that we’ve traveled with our dog, we’ve never been given this kind of information. The hotel is situating side a river. There are Adirondack chairs and gas fire places outside, next to the river. It was an outstanding place to stay!

Was told our room would be cleaned & new towels for 2 days & they never showed up. Hot water was never really hot so showering was in lukewarm warm water. Lots of homeless around but had a nice large grass area for the dog & was a nice location to the college & downtown. Easy access to the river trails as well

Our stay was great until we left and learned that our 1 night stay that was booked for less than $200, cost us $396.99, not becuase we had any incidental charges. The explanation given was that the extra fees are a KNOWN issue that has been happening to "multiple customers" with no know cause, and that we should "wait until about Tuesday to see if the bank refunds it, and if not call us back". This caused us to cut our trip short, cancel our next night stay in Coeur D'alene, and go home to Seattle. This was a college tour trip for our kiddo, and it really blew it for us.
